Starting from September 1 to October 26, 2024, Emirates will enhance its Dubai (DXB) to Bali (DPS) route by incorporating a second daily Airbus A380 service, transitioning from the Boeing 777 currently in use. This adjustment is aimed at addressing the heightened travel interest towards Bali during its peak season.
The initiation of this service not only continues the momentum from Emirates’ inaugural A380 flight to Indonesia on June 1, 2023, but also aims to boost the influx of visitors to Bali during one of its most vibrant periods. It further facilitates convenient connections for travelers heading to and from Indonesia via Dubai, capitalizing on Emirates’ vast global network.
This strategic move underscores Emirates’ ongoing dedication to enhancing travel luxuries and supporting the burgeoning travel and tourism landscape in Indonesia. The introduction of an additional A380 service means offering over 2,600 extra seats weekly, meeting the increasing demand over these busy months. Travelers will benefit from the A380’s renowned offerings, including expansive cabins, the unique Onboard Lounge, and the comprehensive ‘ice’ inflight entertainment system, which presents more than 6,500 channels for personal enjoyment.
Emirates initiated its direct daily journey from Dubai to Bali in 2015, supplementing its existing routes to Jakarta that began in 1992. Presently, Emirates operates double daily flights to both Jakarta and Bali, connecting over 144 global destinations across six continents.
